Edge CNC is a precision manufacturing and CNC cutting service providing accurately machined components for a wide range of applications. From furniture and joinery manufacturing to bespoke fabrication and product development, we support businesses that require reliable, high-quality CNC machining.
 

We manufacture a variety of components including two-piece shaker doors, one-piece cockbead frames, and cabinet parts supplied with a range of assembly options. These include Cabineo connectors, domino alignment for fixed shelving, or traditional screw assembly depending on the requirements of the project. We also produce Cabineo drawer boxes and other machined cabinet components designed to streamline manufacturing and installation.
 

Alongside component production, we offer dedicated CNC cutting services using a flat-bed 3-axis CNC machine capable of processing sheet materials up to 3050mm x 2100mm. From simple rectangular panels to complex shapes such as curved architrave and detailed profiles, we can machine both one-off parts and repeat production runs.
 

We work with a range of materials including MDF, plywood, timber-based boards, plastics and metals such as aluminium. Whether producing precision parts, machining custom designs, or supporting manufacturing workflows, our focus is always on accuracy, efficiency and dependable results.
